Flexifai is an AI-driven payment platform (PSP) serving both high-risk and traditional industries. We process millions of transactions through 80+ payment methods, including cryptocurrency, across Africa, Europe, and LATAM. Our platform is built on a scalable microservices architecture with a strong focus on security, automation, and high availability.

Our team of 80+ professionals works in a hybrid format from offices in Kyiv, Lisbon, Limassol, and London, as well as remotely across the globe.

You will work closely with Product Owner, development teams and external partners to turn product plans into clear scope, realistic delivery plans and successful launches.

What you will work on:

We are building new fintech products across neobanking and crypto processing, covering accounts, cards, payments, crypto transactions, wallets, conversions and integrations with external fintech and infrastructure providers.

What you will do

• Work together with the Product Owner to turn product hypotheses into a clear product plan.
• Define MVP scope, milestones and success criteria.
• Build development plans: estimates, resources, dependencies, critical path and timelines.
• Lead delivery across several development streams.
• Coordinate development and QA teams and keep delivery moving.
• Coordinate external partners, including licensing, BaaS and crypto providers.
• Track non-technical dependencies such as licensing, compliance and contracts.
• Identify blockers and risks before they affect the launch.
• Manage scope changes and project risks.
• Provide transparent status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate the project through development, launch and post-launch stabilization.
• Drive the team towards the first real transaction.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of project management experience in a product company, working with an in-house development team and owning delivery of products from planning to production.
• Experience in Neobanking, BaaS or core banking.
• Strong Jira knowledge: Epics, Tasks, Links, Workflows, Jira Plans.
• Strong experience with planning, estimation, dependency management, risk management and scope changes.
• Experience managing several development streams simultaneously.
• Strong documentation skills and experience with Confluence.
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, authentication, data models, SQL, and system integrations. Able to understand technical documentation and identify potential data inconsistencies.
• AI & prototyping experience. Confident use of AI tools (e.g. Claude) to independently build simple prototypes, validate logic and identify potential issues before development.
