Fin/Ops Manager (PSP Provider Operations)
Flexifai is hiring a Financial Operations Manager to join our fast-growing fintech team. The core focus of this role is provider-side operations for our PSP: managing settlements, reconciliations, and payment flows with payment providers and partners. This is a great fit for a detail-oriented professional with a strong financial/banking background who wants to work in a dynamic environment centered on automating financial and operational processes through ERP systems and AI tools.
We’re open to both professionals and recent graduates who are available full-time and ready to take on responsibility.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage provider-side PSP operations: settlements and reconciliations with payment providers and partners
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational analytics
• Prepare and maintain analytical and management reports
• Calculate and process payments to merchants and customers
• Submit and track settlement requests with the finance department
• Monitor the accuracy of operational data and financial flows
• Participate in, and help lead, the automation of financial and operational processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and scalability

Requirements

• a knowledge of finance and economics
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience or understanding of payment provider operations (reconciliations, settlements) — a strong advantage
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good memory and structured thinking
• Motivation to work in an automation-focused team
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
• Availability for full-time work (minimum 40 hours/week)

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or financial operations
• Hands-on experience with ERP and/or CRM systems
• Knowledge of AI tools for automation or analytics
• Degree (or ongoing studies) in Economics, Finance, Banking, or related field

Work Schedule

• Minimum 40 hours per week
• Flexible schedule, by agreement with the manager
• Overtime may be required to meet goals and deadlines
