We’re a global product group on a mission to reinvent how people search for homes online.
Since 2008, we’ve been building PropTech platforms that make it easy and enjoyable to find housing across Ukraine, Europe, and Asia.

OUR TEAM

Flatfy Group operates through two main divisions: Product and Operations.

Our Product teams (around 100 teammates across Europe and Ukraine) are structured into independent cross-functional squads. Each one is fully focused on a specific platform and includes product managers, engineers, designers, analysts, SEO/PPC specialists — everything needed to build and grow great products.

The Operations team (another 100+ people) keeps everything running behind the scenes: Legal, Finance, Support, Sales, Account Management, and Content Ops (moderators, photographers, service managers, etc.).

Korter — A real estate marketplace operating in 30+ cities across Europe and Asia.

Bird — A mobile app for smooth apartment rentals in Ukraine and London.

rieltor.ua — A platform for listing and discovering homes for sale and rent in Ukraine.

SOCIAL IMPACT PROJECTS

LUN Misto — A non-profit urban research initiative that evolved into a civic organization. We collaborate with city councils, urbanists, and researchers to improve quality of life in Ukraine’s cities.

We build tools to inform and empower:
— real-time air quality maps,
— city research on comfort and liveability,
— charity maps,
— and street renaming trackers.
