Fit4Me is looking for a User Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for scaling the performance marketing direction and driving revenue growth through web funnels.
This role has a direct impact on business results: you will manage budgets, make decisions, and scale what generates profit.
Key business KPIs for this role:
- Keeping CPA within target benchmarks.
- ROAS / ROI performance across advertising campaigns.
- Scaling advertising budgets to $400,000+/month.

Impact Areas:
- Launching, managing, and scaling advertising campaigns in Google Ads.
- Managing budgets starting from $300,000 and distributing them effectively.
- Achieving and maintaining target CPA / ROAS / ROI metrics.
- Optimizing web funnels with a focus on improving conversion rates.
- Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Identifying growth opportunities and scaling profitable setups.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to improve creatives.

What we expect from you:
- 2+ year of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, including: Google Search, Demand Gen campaigns, Google Display Network (GDN).
- Practical experience managing advertising budgets starting from $300,000/month.
- Experience working with web funnels.
- Understanding of key performance metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV.
- A data-driven approach to campaign optimization and scaling.
- Intermediate+ level of English.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Health & Fitness or B2C products.
- Experience scaling campaigns across global markets.
