Legal Operations Specialist (вакансія неактивна)

Fit4Me is looking for a Legal Operations Specialist to support legal operations and take ownership of corporate documentation, maintaining and updating company data, and liaising with banks, payment partners, and external providers.
This role is for a specialist who brings structure to corporate processes, ensure data accuracy across different jurisdictions, and maintain consistent onboarding and compliance support for external partners.

Your area of Impact:

• Document Management and Corporate Documentation: collecting, updating, and organizing corporate documentation, as well as maintaining an up-to-date document registry. Tracking contract signing and their renewal deadlines.
• Company Data Management: identifying all systems and touchpoints where company data is stored in the event of changes to the address, name, bank details, or other corporate information. Monitoring changes across all relevant systems and channels and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date checklist across all data points.
• KYC/KYB and payment onboarding: preparation of KYC/KYB packages for banks, payment providers, and PSPs, as well as supporting the onboarding of new bank accounts and payment providers. Communicating with providers’ compliance teams: responding to inquiries, collecting additional documents, and tracking statuses.
• Opening new companies and accounts: operational support for the registration of new legal entities in collaboration with external lawyers and the opening of corporate accounts in various jurisdictions. Tracking project status: responsible parties, required documents, next steps, and deadlines.
• Process design and optimization: formalizing operational processes through templates, checklists, and instructions, as well as building scalable document management and task tracking systems. Identifying process bottlenecks and preparing proposals for their elimination.

What do you need to join us:

• 2+ years of experience working in an IT, digital, or fintech company with international processes, external providers, and a high volume of operational interactions.
• Experience building operational processes from scratch.
• Experience communicating with compliance departments at major banks, payment providers, or PSPs.
• Practical experience in legal operations, compliance, corporate administration, or a related operational field.
• Experience working with operational processes in document management, KYC/KYB, onboarding, and corporate data support.
• English proficiency at B1+ level or higher for written communication, document handling, and interaction with partners.

Nice to have:

• Experience opening corporate accounts in various jurisdictions, including the EU, UK, US, and others.
• Understanding of corporate structures: holding companies, subsidiaries, and cross-jurisdictional interactions.
• Understanding of subscription-based products and the mobile app ecosystem, including the App Store and Google Play.
