About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Mobile QA Automation Engineer to own and scale our mobile test automation. You’ll work autonomously, build robust test frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality at every step.

What You’ll Do

• Design and maintain automated test suites for our mobile app using Appium, Selenide, Java, and TestNG
• Run performance tests with Gatling to identify and fix bottlenecks
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Devin) to accelerate test creation, debugging, and analysis
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to catch issues early
• Continuously improve test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and overall test coverage

• Java 21, TestNG, Gradle
• Appium, Selenide
• SauceLabs (cloud device testing)

API & performance:

• REST Assured (API testing)
• Gatling (performance testing)

CI/CD & reporting:

• GitLab CI/CD, Docker
• TestRail (test case management)
• ReportPortal (test reporting)

Data & infrastructure:

• MongoDB

AI-assisted development:

Requirements

• 4+ years in test automation with strong mobile (Appium) experience
• Self-driven — you take ownership and deliver end-to-end
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Collaborative mindset — comfortable working across teams
• Curious and adaptable — eager to explore new tools and practices
