Your Role:

As the Onboarding Lead, you will be at the forefront of developing and maintaining onboarding strategies and flows of customers from their initial interaction with our products. You will play a key role in ensuring that our onboarding process smoothly integrates new users into our system, fostering satisfaction and loyalty.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive onboarding strategies to enhance customer engagement from the outset.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and collaborate with compliance, legal, and HQ product team to ensure a seamless and effective customer journey.
  • Regularly define, analyze, and propose enhancements to onboarding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement of the onboarding experience.

Who You Are:

  • A proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of overcoming challenges with a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Strong analytical abilities and critical thinking skills, with a deep understanding of financial analysis, economics, and banking operations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Your Experience:

  • Experience in banking or fintech, focusing on product/onboarding KYC development within financial services is preferred. Experience in working with mobile apps is required.
  • Your experience includes working with the onboarding flow of the mobile application and managing operations and the team.
  • You are well-versed in developing business models and employing product analytics and A/B testing to drive product decisions and improvements.
  • You possess an understanding of Scrum principles and have extensive experience enhancing customer experience in payment or other mobile apps.
  • Your skillset is complemented by strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, enabling effective relationship-building across business and technical teams.
