One of our founders had previously co-founded a highly successful Eastern European neobank with a multi million customer base.

We launched our first market with Leobank in Azerbaijan in 2021, where we have already established market leading positions. Our next market was Vietnam, where we launched Liobank in early 2023 and also gained solid traction.

We have a few more new markets in the pipeline for the next 12 months, and we are starting to build the team there.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Development Referral Program, Cashback and Statements
  • Definition of work on the product and sprint, setting priorities together with the scrum master and the team
  • Verification of requirements with the development team and stakeholders
  • Keeping product documentation up to date
  • Working with UX
  • Definition, regular analysis and preparation of proposals for improving the KPI of the product

Who you are

  • 4+ years of experience in banking / fintech
  • Proven experience in product development in the field of financial services:
  • experience in creating a product road map, coordination of all aspects between the main teams
  • experience in writing technical tasks and specifications
  • experience in developing business models
  • experience in product analytics, A/B testing
  • ability to understand Scrum principles
  • Ability to understand the customer experience in the banking segment (both offline and online)
  • Ability to build relationships with both business and technical teams
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
