We launched our first market with Leobank in Azerbaijan in 2021, where we have already established market leading positions. Our next market was Vietnam, where we launched Liobank in early 2023 and also gained solid traction.

We have a few more new markets in the pipeline for the next 12 months, and we are starting to build the team there.

Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead our innovative campaigns, driving our expansion within the rapidly evolving neobanking sector.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing initiatives, responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive strategies that align with our ambitious growth targets. Your primary focus will be on leveraging various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and enhance brand awareness.

Fluency in English is essential for this role, given our global operations where effective communication is paramount. Additionally, a solid understanding of the fintech industry will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading media planning, monitoring, and control across all digital channels, ensuring alignment with our evolving digital focus.
  • Developing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, defining key performance indicators, and driving digital promotion.
  • Coordinating user acquisition, social media management, search engine optimization, app store optimization, and affiliate processes.
  • Collaborating closely with product teams to achieve revenue targets and ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.
  • Conducting competitor analysis and staying abreast of market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on marketing activities, analyzing return on investment (ROI), and implementing performance optimization initiatives.
  • Aligning digital campaigns with local marketing teams and initiatives, optimizing paid media budget allocation, and rolling out digital content strategies.
  • Managing the end-to-end campaign delivery process, ensuring content consistency and quality in line with brand guidelines.
  • Creating campaign briefs for agencies, setting and measuring campaign KPIs, and optimizing digital advertising spend.
  • Managing the digital marketing budget and interfacing with external agencies to drive campaign success.

Experience & Requirements:

  • 3.5+ years of hands-on digital marketing campaign experience on Apps products
  • Previous experience in marketing in IT services business; familiarity with the Fintech industry is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Programmatic, etc.) and ability to develop and manage effective paid media strategies.
  • Proficiency in ASO, SEO, affiliate marketing, social media management, and search engine reputation management.
  • Strong skills in working with mobile analytics systems such as GA, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Firebase.
  • Expertise in growing high-quality followers and driving engagement across social channels.
  • Experience in setting and measuring KPIs, optimizing campaigns, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills with a collaborative mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships across teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for digital innovation.
  • Proficiency in English.
