We are a UK fintech creating successful neobanks in emerging markets in partnerships with local traditional banks.

Our success builds upon a best-in-class product, customer experience, emotional engagement, viral marketing and deep credit decisioning expertise.

One of our founders had previously co-founded a highly successful Eastern European neobank with a multi million customer base.

We launched our first market with Leobank in Azerbaijan in 2021, where we have already established market leading positions. Our next market was Vietnam, where we launched Liobank in early 2023 and also gained solid traction.

We have a few more new markets in the pipeline for the next 12 months, and we are starting to build the team there.

Key Responsibilities

1. Building in Corezoid a system of communications with customers of two types: service and advertising.

Service: transactional messages, messages about new tariffs, new branches, anti-fraud messages, messages about delivery and credit limit, conditions for its use.

Promotional:

— booster messages to encourage the completion of onboarding by the client,

— training messages about new products and features of the bank,

— advertising communications stimulating the completion of a target action (transaction, selection of cashback categories, utilization of a credit limit, purchases, etc.)

— recovery of communication with customers who stopped using the card, individual products of the bank.

2. Creating messages in communication channels: push in app / email / sms / calls. Creation of content, html layout, design of the accompanying message (email/push in app)

3. Selection of the target audience for communication. Samples of clients for each message.

4. Conducting marketing campaigns in order to reduce churn and increase customer involvement in using the product. Analysis of the effectiveness of experiments and setting the rules for effective communications.

5. Control of the CRM system and improvement of the platform for internal communications with clients.

Skills required.

  • experience in building communication campaigns in large b2c projects
  • experience with various communication channels
  • understanding the principles of building communication calendars on Corezoid will be a plus
  • deep analytics of results (experience in campaigns using ML models will be a plus)
  • desire and ability to generate and implement innovative solutions
  • fluent spoken and good written English and Ukrainian is a must have
