Our company is a fast-growing fintech platform. We are looking for an experienced Head of QA to lead our quality assurance direction, improve testing processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products across the entire ecosystem.
What you’ll do:
- Build and improve QA strategies, standards, and testing processes
- Lead, mentor, and grow the QA team
- Organize manual and automated testing activities
- Take ownership of release quality and production readiness
- Improve test coverage and quality metrics
- Participate in requirements grooming and planning sessions
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps Engineers
- Analyze defects, test reports, and quality trends
- Create and maintain QA documentation, including test plans, strategies, test cases, and checklists
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- 2+ years in a QA leadership or management role
- Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC processes
- Experience with automation and API testing
- Knowledge of CI/CD and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Experience in fintech or high-load systems is a plus
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Experience with performance and security testing
- Cloud and containerized infrastructure knowledge
