QA Team Lead — Limassol, Cyprus (onsite) (вакансія неактивна)

Our company is a fast-growing fintech platform. We are looking for an experienced Head of QA to lead our quality assurance direction, improve testing processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products across the entire ecosystem.

What you’ll do:

• Build and improve QA strategies, standards, and testing processes
• Lead, mentor, and grow the QA team
• Organize manual and automated testing activities
• Take ownership of release quality and production readiness
• Improve test coverage and quality metrics
• Participate in requirements grooming and planning sessions
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps Engineers
• Analyze defects, test reports, and quality trends
• Create and maintain QA documentation, including test plans, strategies, test cases, and checklists

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
• 2+ years in a QA leadership or management role
• Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC processes
• Experience with automation and API testing
• Knowledge of CI/CD and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Experience in fintech or high-load systems is a plus
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience with performance and security testing
• Cloud and containerized infrastructure knowledge
