Field Complete is a team of passionate, young & fun-loving professionals looking to change the uneffective way that the Servicing Industry works on the US market.

We’re working on an all-around software solution that encompasses the everyday duties of our clients and ensures a seamless experience. Our aim is to reduce workload and improve efficiency leading to higher volumes and better margins.

We created an all-in-one solution to help service providers manage a high volume of work orders, B2B and B2C customers, and both vendors and in-house technicians.

Field Complete is growing really fast. So we are looking for a Middle Product designer.

Tasks:

— Know the fundamental principles of UX and be able to analyze complex UI based on them.

— Build hypotheses and be able to present them.

— Be able to conduct competitors’ research.

— Have strong UI skills and a portfolio that reflects this.

— Have a product vision and design thinking.

— Be able to work according to requirements, know the processes of a product company.

— Know technical limitations.

— Be able to work with guidelines, design systems in Figma and with mobile design.

Requirements:

— Have a portfolio with a few UX Cases on Product Design and be ready to present them verbally

— Design System, Guidelines, UX Cases, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

— Team player, product vision

— Ability to self organize

— Leadership skills

— Ability to work within a team and alone

— Creative ability to providing solutions to complex problem

— English level of Intermediate or above.

Will be a plus:

— Graphic and Motion Design
