Customer Support Representative


Field Complete is a team of passionate, young & fun-loving professionals looking to change the uneffective way that the Servicing Industry works on the US market.
We’re working on an all-around software solution that encompasses the everyday duties of our clients and ensures a seamless experience. Our aim is to reduce workload and improve efficiency leading to higher volumes and better margins.
We created all-in-one solution to help service providers manage a high volume of work orders, B2B and B2C customers, and both vendors and in-house technicians.

Field Complete is growing really fast. So we are looking for a Customer Support Representative to ensure great customer experience with Filed Complete product and collaborate with development team to constantly improve that experience.


  • Communicate with customers about their experience with the product.
  • Address inquiries coming from users and be able to train them and show how to use it.
  • Collect Feedback from Customers and supply necessary information to QA and Development teams for product improvement.
  • Troubleshoot the product to determine causes of issues customers experience and escalate it to the concerned person/team.
  • Regularly provide information about the company’s products and services.
  • Carry out necessary interviews of the users, onboarding video calls, prepare stats and infographics.
  • Maintain FAQs as changes take place.
  • Participate in improvements of the product and processes with Sales and Development Teams.
  • Update and Keep Product Documentations Current.


  • Previous experience working with US customers from 1 year + (In Customer Service field).
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Fluency in use of daily management solutions (Email, Jira, Slack, SalesForce, Notion, Zoom, Crisp).
  • Fluency in use of various hardware equipment: Phones, Laptops, Ipads, etc.
  • Proficient typing skills and ability to handle and support several chat conversations simultaneously.
