We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Specialist to join our finance team. This role involves working with financial data, submitting payment requests, ensuring the accuracy of payroll and accounting calculations, and communicating with colleagues across different regions.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Submit payment requests and verify the accuracy of payment details.
• Ensure correctness of payroll and other financial calculations.
• Work with large datasets and maintain accurate records in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Communicate with colleagues from various departments and regions via email and chat.
• Support the Finance team with daily accounting operations.
• Collaborate with the HR department regarding employment and compensation matters.

✅ Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail, especially with numbers and financial data.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• English proficiency — B1 level or higher (written communication required).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel is a must.
• Experience handling large volumes of data and following structured processes.
