Kate on the line again! After a whole month, I finally got a response to my review from the company (see below). Big surprise—"none of what you said is true," and the usual “liar, liar, pants on fire” stuff. Totally expected. Let’s not focus on how FH Solutions hired a Sales specialist without any real marketing in place and expected miracles, so I had to whip up a marketing strategy too. Moving on! But when you talk about "declining results"—let’s think about that. When you create a toxic environment, stress out employees, insist on using the cheapest tools (hello, manual labor), constantly shift plans, cancel tasks, and throw in new ones with the “do it fast, quality doesn’t matter, we’ll fix it later” attitude, are you really expecting excellent performance?
And yeah, “we value communication,” but ignoring messages for days or weeks? Such a great example of that, right? If that’s your version of appreciation, I guess I’ve been enlightened! Honestly, thriving under management like yours is a fantasy. You had high hopes for me? Same here. I thought I’d join a Ukrainian company, use my experience to help it grow. Instead, I spent my time at FH Solutions mostly confused and frustrated. We were a bad match, simple as that. Say I’m lying all you want, but after leaving FH Solutions, I now know what kinds of companies to avoid—and for that, I’m grateful. Oh, and let’s not forget the cherry on top: your trial period can be extended from one month to two, three, or however long the CEO and CTO decide! Fun times.

I worked at FH Solutions as a Salesperson. Honestly, I’d rate it 4/10 — unless you enjoy random strategies and a CEO who makes decisions on the spot. The CTO is okay most of the time, but the CEO? Wow. If you like working without a plan and getting unreasonable tasks out of nowhere, this is the place for you!
Expect to do tasks that have nothing to do with your job. Job clarity? Forget it. You might get ghosted by the CEO or CTO when you need answers, and then they get mad when you try to figure things out on your own. The work environment is toxic, and employee happiness isn’t a priority. Sometimes, they even pay late without any notice! Plus, there are constant calls — three weekly, with random ones in between. No Slack, Teams, or any corporate messenger. And don’t expect benefits like normal insurance.
The executives don’t understand marketing or sales, so there’s constant conflict. The kicker? They tried to fire me after just one month! They expected me to build everything from scratch and make big sales right away, even though the company had no marketing and mediocre services. Of course, I asked them not to do that, and they agreed, which led to a few more months at FH Solutions. The HR and Marketing Executives were great people and made those tough months a bit easier. But after a few months, they ’let me go’ anyway to focus more on marketing. Yeah, the focus is ’incredible.’)
In short, if you enjoy chaos, no direction, and a CEO who loves unpredictability, FH Solutions is for you. Otherwise, stay away.

Of course, our company had high hopes for such an ambitious professional who was willing to help and grow with us, but unfortunately, we did not see the expected level of initiative or results over time. Even after your probation review meeting, we still did not see the results we were hoping for. This ultimately led to the decision to end our working relationship with you.
While we are upset that your comments reflect personal frustrations, we appreciate your feedback nonetheless. We will continue to evaluate areas for growth and improvement as we strive to maintain a positive and professional workplace environment for all employees.
