🔍 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior or Lead Python Developer with proven leadership skills to join a short-term but high-impact project for a well-established client. This role is ideal for someone who can own technical decisions, guide a development team, and drive backend architecture forward — all while remaining hands-on with code.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers, ensuring delivery quality and technical excellence
• Act as the primary decision-maker for backend-related architecture and implementation
• Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Python
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and support onboarding processes
• Maintain project clarity through documentation and team alignment

✅ Must-Have Requirements

• Strong professional background in Python development
• Leadership experience in technical teams (e.g., tech lead, team lead, or similar role)
• Located permanently in Poland (required for onboarding and laptop delivery)
• Fluent in English (C1+) — ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders
• Availability to start within 1 month
