White Label is looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our team

Core Technical Skills:

1. Test Automation Expertise:

• Framework Proficiency: Extensive experience with test automation frameworks.
• Scripting/Programming: Strong programming skills in Java (for backend).
• Test Design: Expertise in designing and implementing various test types: unit, integration, functional, regression, end-to-end, and performance testing.
• Test Data Management: Ability to create, manage, and maintain test data sets for different testing scenarios.
• Test Reporting: Experience generating comprehensive test reports that clearly communicate test results and coverage.

2. Mobile App (React Native) Testing:

• Strong experience with Appium.
• UI Automation: Ability to write automated tests for verifying UI elements, interactions, and visual aspects of the mobile app.
• API Testing: Experience testing RESTful APIs using libraries like RestAssured or similar.

3. Backend (Java/OpenShift) Testing:

• Java Testing Frameworks: Strong knowledge of JUnit, TestNG or similar frameworks for unit and integration testing of Java code.
• Microservices Testing: Experience with testing microservices-based architectures, including contract testing and end-to-end testing across services.
• OpenShift Integration: Familiarity with OpenShift (or Kubernetes) concepts for deploying and testing applications in containerized environments.

4. DevOps and CI/CD:

• CI/CD Pipelines: Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) for continuous testing and feedback.
• Git: Proficiency in using Git for version control and collaboration.

Agile & Soft Skills:

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose innovative solutions.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile team environment, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaboration: Ability to work in a cross-functional team, including designers, backend engineers, and product managers.
• Adaptability: Comfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic environment and willing to learn new technologies and methodologies.
• Self-Motivation: A proactive and self-directed approach to work, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing requirements.
