We’re looking for a success-driven UX/UI Designer for one of our clients. We are interested in candidates located in Uzhhorod to join the in-house team. This is a full-time, long-term position! For this position we require you to prepare a portfolio: on Dribbble, Behance (or on any similar popular Internet resource).
Required skills:
- At least 2+ years of working experience as a UX/UI designer
- Strong experience in the design of web/mobile interfaces (for ex.: dashboards, CMS, ERP, etc.)
- Good understanding of UX (research, user flow, site maps, etc.)
- Knowledge of app usage patterns depending on the platform
- Strong experience in prototyping and designing interfaces that suit specific purposes
- Experience in maintaining design systems
- Keen eye for details and high-quality designs
- Mandatory knowledge of Figma Components, Auto Layout, Animations
- Design new interface functions and improve the existing ones
- Create final interface layouts and write supporting documentation
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principle
- Present designs and explain design decisions to stakeholders
- Continuously learn about new design trends and technologies
- Ability to set up processes supporting effective communication with the development team
- Knowledge of app development processes
- Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Good time-management skills
- Good communication skills
- English: Upper-Intermediate or above
