The main Salesforce project is a B2B portal that supports all customer sales. Both the customer’s business partners (who can resell products to end customers) and the end customers themselves can shop on the portal. Based on different target groups, the portal shows them dedicated views and dedicated products (Audiences & Buyer Groups).
The main tasks would be:
- Describe and plan the overall architecture
- Forecast and plan the involvement of team members needed to develop the planned architecture
- To be a part of the development team
Required skills:
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience
- Previous Software Architect experience
- Salesforce Communication Cloud experience (at least
2-3 completed projects) - Knowledge of Salesforce EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog)
- Understanding of TM Forum model (Resource Service, Offer, Product Spec, CFS, RFS)
- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred
- Good English is written and spoken (solid B2 minimum, C1 preferred)
