We develop innovations in the field of gambling and betting through a complex multi-component platform which is capable to withstand enormous loads and provide a unique experience for players.
FAVBET Tech does not organize and conduct gambling on its platform. Its main focus is software development.

• Betting/Gambling Platform Software Development — software development that is easy to use and personalized for each customer.
• Highload Development — development of highly loaded services and systems.
• CRM System Development — development of a number of services to ensure a high level of customer service, effective engagement of new customers and retention of existing ones.
• Big Data — development of complex systems for processing and analysis of big data.
• Cloud Services — we use cloud technologies for scaling and business efficiency.

Now, we invite a QA Lead (Manual) to join our team.

About project: We are looking for a Lead QA Manual to manage a distributed QA team working in 4 FAVBET Product streams. You will own the whole content test quality and drive for continuously improve the culture of QA processes.

CMS — Content Management System which allows managing all content for platform.
MNA — Mobile Native Applications for iOS and Android platforms.
CRM — Service for different bonus types (Funds, Free Spin, Risk Free, AWB) and promo codes.
Bonus System — new service for pre-wagering bonus, API part.

Requirements:

• 1+ experience as a QA Team Lead;
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills;
• 4+ years of experience in manual testing of web applications;
• Experience with high scale, fast-paced product company;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Strong understanding of web services;
• Experience in FE, BE (API) testing;
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies;
• Experience producing key test assets (requirements gathering, test plans, test reports);
• Strong software testing experience and good awareness of concepts (e.g. risk-based testing);
• Experience in technical testing (e.g. reading logs, SQL, XML, using fiddler, etc.);
• Functional and non-functional testing experience (e.g. regression, integration, security, performance, UAT, smoke, etc.);
• Experience estimating project QA tasks.

• Manual testing;
• Mentor and challenge a team of QA engineers;
• Own the quality of the content tested by your team;
• Build a culture of quality in your team;
• Collaborate and plan activities with team;
• Drive for continuous improvement of QA team and QA processes;
• Organising knowledge sharing and training sessions for other QA Engineer.
