Your key objectives:
— Developing sourcing and recruitment strategy for mid/senior level vacancies in IT.
— Bearing responsibility for recruitment process for open vacancies you are leading, including: intake, direct communication with hiring team, negotiation and offering process, etc.
— Maintain database of candidates, including pipe-lining and reporting on statistics on demand.
— Participating in other projects related to recruitment according to your interest (employer branding, process automation, etc.)
You are an ideal candidate if you have:
— Successful experience in filling mid/seior level IT positions for 3+ years
— Developed sourcing skills (social networks, GitHub, Linkedin, Turbo-hiring, Stack Overflow, etc.)
— Your English is Intermediate +
— Developed communication and negotiation skills
— Exceptional skills in stakeholder management
— Structured thinking, attention to details
— You will be able to enlarge your professional experience with niche technologies and try yourself in filling-in rare technical vacancies.
