— Support of current solution (framework);
— Mentoring QAs and support during the self-learning process (Individual — Development Plans, Feedbacks);
— Defining and validating workload and resource demands;
— People management (1-2-1s, QA automation team motivation, hiring, onboarding);
— Organising delivery process with other stakeholders in the most efficient way, initial pipeline design, and review, implementation, maintenance, making sure it is followed;
— Setting and tracking delivery objectives and tasks with other stakeholders;
— Ongoing quality assurance management (planning & estimations, requirements review, test design, execution, reporting, bug-tracking, tracking test coverage, etc.);
— Maximise test coverage for the most critical features of the system;
Improving the testing process on an ongoing basis;
Improving automation approach in the company to build continuous testing as part of SDLC;
— Participating in early discussions regarding new functionality/projects;
— Collaborate with the development, leadership teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent project execution;
— Consulting for Project Teams and individuals about QA area.
— Experience with web automation tools and technologies: Selenium,
— Selenium Grid (Selenoid);
— Experience with API (REST) testing (testing microservices);
— Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies;
