Qualifications and Skills:

• 1 year team lead experience
• 4+ years experience with software development
• Experience in developing production system using Erlang/OTP;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good level of self-organization skills
• Passionate about mentoring and helping their peers grow
• Passionate about healthy team culture and collaboration

Nice to have:

• Base knowledge in development methodology
• Coaching to improve team member skill sets

Good written skills in English

Responsibilities:

• Checking merge requests of improvements
• Motivating team members to accomplish their goals
• Participate in the development of application architecture
• Making goals for professional growth teammates
• Delegate responsibilities to subordinates and mentoring them
• Set and control coding style according to the company standards
• Collaborating with product teams to define and implement new features;
• Making well-reasoned decisions that inspire and energize teammates;
