  • 4+ years experience with software development
  • Experience in developing production system using Erlang/OTP;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good level of self-organization skills
  • Passionate about mentoring and helping their peers grow

Responsibilities:

  • Checking merge requests of improvements
  • Motivating team members to accomplish their goals
  • Participate in the development of application architecture
