FAVBET Tech develops software that is used by millions of players around the world for the international company FAVBET Entertainment.
We develop innovations in the field of gambling and betting through a complex multi-component platform which is capable to withstand enormous loads and provide a unique experience for players.
FAVBET Tech does not organize and conduct gambling on its platform. Its main focus is software development.

Main areas of work:

• Betting/Gambling Platform Software Development — software development that is easy to use and personalized for each customer.
• Highload Development — development of highly loaded services and systems.
• CRM System Development — development of a number of services to ensure a high level of customer service, effective engagement of new customers and retention of existing ones.
• Big Data — development of complex systems for processing and analysis of big data.
• Cloud Services — we use cloud technologies for scaling and business efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager;
• Experience working in a product company;
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in the following methodologies: Scrum, SAFe;
• Practical experience conducting all Scrum ceremonies;
• Practical experience of managing web and mobile native teams.
• Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams;
• Knowledge of the basics and stages of SDLC;
• Experience managing high-load projects;
• Expertise in requirement gathering, task estimation, release planning, risk identification, and dependency mapping;
• Strategic thinking and vision
• Experience managing teams of 6+ FTE.

Responsibilities:

• Take full PM responsibility for the projects. This includes managing requirements gathering, estimates, scope, schedule, communication, quality, stakeholders expectations and satisfaction.
• People management on your project(s), shared with functional Lead.
• Plan, organize, and oversee all stages of mobile (iOS, Android) and web product development.
• Define task priorities and manage project backlogs.
• Ensure timely task completion within Agile frameworks (Scrum).
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps.
• Risk management on the projects, incl. working with change requests and managing priorities.
• Be proactive and constructively proposing company’s processes improvements.
• Directly communicate with Partners (incl. requirements gathering, issues, demo, etc.).
• Project’s reporting (daily, weekly).
