FAVBET Tech develops software that is used by millions of players around the world for the international company FAVBET Entertainment.
Main areas of work:
- Game Development — driving the end-to-end engineering process for innovative, engaging, and mathematically precise games tailored to global markets.
- Mechanics & Player Experience — overseeing the creation of core gameplay logic and features that maximize engagement and retention while also leading the development of back office admin panels for game configuration, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
- Data-Driven Game Design — implementing analytics and big data solutions to measure player behavior, guide feature development, and improve monetization strategies.
- Cloud Services — we use cloud technologies for scaling and business efficiency.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience filling technical positions at various levels.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships with top management and C-level executives.
- Proficiency in effectively leveraging all available sourcing channels.
- Skilled in conducting interviews using various techniques to assess candidates.
- Solid data analysis skills to identify trends, test hypotheses, and propose solutions to improve hiring efficiency.
- Proactive and self-sufficient in finding innovative approaches and achieving goals.
- Highly adaptable and able to respond quickly to changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles.
- Apply a data-driven approach to analyze performance, uncover insights on talent and market trends, and develop strategic hypotheses.
- Continuously optimize and enhance internal processes and the candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, acting as a trusted partner throughout the recruitment process.
- Research and implement new methods and tools to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous recruitment experience in Poland.
