Main areas of work:
- Game Development — driving the end-to-end engineering process for innovative, engaging, and mathematically precise games tailored to global markets.
- Mechanics & Player Experience — overseeing the creation of core gameplay logic and features that maximize engagement and retention while also leading the development of back office admin panels for game configuration, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
- Data-Driven Game Design — implementing analytics and big data solutions to measure player behavior, guide feature development, and improve monetization strategies.

About the project:
You can join one of the leading Ukrainian Erlang development communities. Our Erlang teams enable our platform to perform distributed computing and withstand heavy workloads. You will be working with high-load projects for marketing. It is served by a system bus that tracks the actions of a large number of simultaneously active users and aggregates data for further processing.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with software development.
- Experience in developing commercial projects using Erlang/OTP.
- Strong experience with Git, relational databases, and API design.
- Knowledge of testing principles.
- Passionate about mentoring and helping their peers grow.
- Experience with production system monitoring & observability.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with RabbitMQ or other message brokers.
- Experience with NoSQL databases (Redis, Memcached, Couchbase, Riak etc.).
- Web development skills (HTML, JavaScript).
