— Establish and maintain a standard set of practices, processes, and templates for managing projects consistently and efficiently to reduce project-related risk and costs
— Review workload of team members, maintain JIRA’s, and validate team load
— Prepare release documentation, gather release approvals
— Maintain overall project plans, reports, processes, and procedures up to date
— Maintain project program scope with strategic business alignment
— Build credibility and maintain communication at multiple levels
— Prepare and present periodic reports
— Manage customer queries
— Manage cross-functional departments and teams and support all project managers with the day-to-day running of project administrative tasks
— Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the account
— Provide ad hoc financial management reports based on data aggregation from different data sources
— Provide regular reconciliation of data sources, dictionaries maintenance, data cross-checking
— Define, improve, and implement data management procedures
