Необхідні навички

— 1 + year of experience in recruiting or researching
— Source candidates using up-to-date searching tools
— Work with the internal database
— Identify new recruitment channels
— Knowing and using direct research methods
— Contact potential candidates
— Create job postings and search for candidates on different job boards
— Upper-Intermediate level of English (both oral and written)
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
— Good knowledge of the Ukrainian IT job market
— Understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
— Social engagement on Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, Skype

Буде плюсом

— Successful experience in closing vacancies of Middle/Senior levels (RoR, JS (Angular, React, Vue), Python, Java)
— Skills of working with tracking systems and CRM
— Ability to handle multiple tasks under the deadlines

Обов’язки

— Follow organizational processes and best practices in an Agile team environment
— Sourcing potential candidates who meet job requirements as well as company culture
— Managing the full cycle recruitment process: creation and managing of vacancy posts, candidate research, communication with candidates, conducting initial interviews, writing assessment documentation, managing feedback
— Proactively develop applicant database via active recruiting, obtaining referrals, and re-activating candidates
— Rebuilding and maintaining FTL recruitment process
— Updating and refreshing recruitment documentation (letters for candidates, scripts for screening and interview, CVs of a current employee, etc.)
— Developing FTL HR brand
