— A student or a graduate of Engineering or any related education
— At least 1 year of commercial experience in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture or similar role
— Hands-on experience creating and implementing compelling user experiences that achieve business results
— Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
— Proficiency in software tools for prototyping and design
— Analytical thinking and attention to detail are crucial
— Fluent English is a must (at least Upper-Intermediate: both spoken & written)
— Conduct various forms of research to better understand end users and their needs
— Develop personas, user journeys, workflow analysis, or other design artifacts to frame an understanding of the user experience opportunity
— Tell compelling stories that articulate the desired user experience (including business and user needs)
— Create vetted wireframes, workflows, and sitemaps defined at the specification-level and work with engineering through implementation
— Create testable prototypes, conduct usability testing and iterate on designs accordingly
— Collaborate with other designers to confirm interface guidelines and design patterns for consistency across the broad portfolio of products
