Farsight Vision develops AI-powered geospatial intelligence solutions for defence and security operations. The platform transforms raw aerial and sensor data into real-time 3D environments, actionable analytics, and AI-assisted operational scenarios, enabling enhanced situational awareness, mission planning, and faster decision-making for both human operators and autonomous systems.

Farsight Vision’s team builds the intelligence platform. You will build the infrastructure that keeps them running: from the physical office to document flow, from HR operations to logistics. In a company where speed and reliability are mission-critical, operational friction is not a minor inconvenience. You will own the system that eliminates it.

Security eligibility:
Farsight Vision is a Ukrainian-Estonian MilTech company. All candidates must confirm the following before proceeding:
• Neither you nor your close relatives reside in Russia, Belarus, or temporarily occupied territories
• You have no regular personal, financial, business, or professional contact with individuals in those territories
• You have not visited Russia, Belarus, or temporarily occupied territories since 2014
• You consent to deeper security verification if the process advances

Requirements:

• English level B1+
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ownership and organizational skills: you manage multiple priorities independently and solve problems before they occur
• Hands-on and accuracy: reliable with paperwork, data, receipts, and records
• Comfortable with office tools: spreadsheets, trackers, printed documents, and basic admin systems

Responsibilities:

• Keep the office running: access management, supplies, maintenance, vendor coordination, purchases, and expense tracking
• Manage document flow: printing, signature coordination, scanning, and filing
• Maintain simple operational trackers for supplies, expenses, swag, deliveries, travel, bookings, visitor access, and open issues
• Support HR administration: employee data, internal communications, internal events, team gatherings, and celebrations
• Facilitate corporate travel: bookings, logistics, expenses, and trackers

Would be a plus:

• Previous experience as Office Manager, Administrative Manager, HR Operations, or similar
• Experience working with vendors, couriers, landlords, cleaning services, or office suppliers
• Experience in a startup, technology company, or defense tech environment
