We are looking for a Build Engineer to own and evolve build and CI/CD pipelines for Unreal Engine projects. You will play a key role in ensuring build stability, performance, and smooth delivery across complex production environments.
Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Unreal Engine (UE4 / UE5) projects
Own build systems for editor, client, server, and dedicated server targets
Automate build, cook, package, and deployment processes
Optimize Unreal Build Tool workflows and reduce build times
Maintain Perforce-based multi-branch setups
Diagnose and resolve complex build, cook, and packaging issues
Collaborate closely with programmers, QA, and production teams
Define build standards, documentation, and best practices
2+ years of experience as a Build / DevOps / Tools Engineer
Strong hands-on experience with Unreal Engine build pipelines
Deep knowledge of Unreal Build Tool and Automation Tool
Advanced experience with Perforce; solid Git knowledge
Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
Experience with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab CI, TeamCity, etc.)
Solid understanding of Windows and Linux build environments
Experience with console builds (PlayStation / Xbox)
Experience supporting large teams (50+ developers)
Knowledge of build caching and distributed build systems
Experience in co-development or multi-studio environments
Work on complex Unreal Engine projects
High level of ownership and technical impact
