— 5+ years previous experience designing, architecting, developing, implementing, supporting and integrating business solutions;
— 3+ years previous hands-on leadership in design, architecture, implementation, and deployment of application solutions platforms;
— Previous experience working with users developing business requirements;
— Understanding of agile development processes (e.g. Scrum) and proactive participation as BA in such process;
— Experience with project management and associated tools including Jira;
— Gathering of requirements from multiple stakeholders;
— Fluent verbal and written English for communication and creating documentation;
— Understanding of web protocols, messaging protocols and web data formats: HTTP, TCP, SOAP, WSDL, JSON, etc.;
— Proven knowledge of UML/BPMN;
— Strong analytical and system thinking skills.
— Working knowledge, experience with, and/or developing systems such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications;
— Good understanding of SaaS types products and Fintech market;
— Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field preferred.
