What you’ll do:
— Maintain our applicant tracking system and active job listings.
— Actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other channels to ensure a steady recruiting pipeline.
— Conduct first-round screening and working with hiring managers throughout the interview process.
— Organize and participate in recruitment events, be the company representative at HR and PR events.
— Prepare all documentation required for on-boarding (e.g. offer letter, background check, etc.)
— Ensure the necessary equipment (laptop, iPad etc) is prepared.
— Ensure new hires have access to all company systems as required.
— First day orientation, introducing new hires to company policies including ISO 27001 security training.
— Prepare a training schedule for all new hires, coordinating across teams to give all new starters a comprehensive understanding of our Company, customers and products.
— Conduct exit interviews and working with the management team to implement necessary changes.
— Ensure all documentation is accurate and filed properly and company equipment has been returned, etc.
— Manage salary and benefits to ensure we remain a competitive employer in the local market, working with the Finance team to accurately budget and forecast.
— Maintain accurately and up to date records in our HR system and for company equipment tracking.

Office Relocation Project
— Manage the move to a new office in Ivano-Frankivsk, to ensure a smooth transition for the team. This will require being on-site in Ivano-Frankivsk for several weeks in September.

Our core product team is in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine with several remote team members in several locations across Ukraine. We are looking to scale up a team in Kyiv and are looking for an experienced full-time HR Manager to centralise our HR operations in Ukraine in our new Kyiv office.
In this role you will be responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment and HR administration in Ukraine plus the managing daily operations of the Kyiv and Ivano-Frankivsk offices. Your goal is to source, recruit and onboard a world-class product team and to create a comfortable and productive environment for them to work. This includes managing the move to a brand new office Ivano-Frankivsk.
This position will work closely on recruiting requirements with the R&D Senior Management team, including CTO and VP of Engineering. You will report to the head of the People & Places team, working with colleagues in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, USA, Taiwan and the UK to coordinate global operations.
