Requirements:

5 or more years of experience in the travel industry specializing in the area of ticket issuance, fare pricing, ticket exchanges, refunds and airline commission contracts
Must have a working knowledge of Sabre or Amadeus;
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and adaptability are key
Analytical mindset and a highly flexible and creative approach to problem solving
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to multi-task and meet multiple strict deadlines simultaneously
Ability to thrive in a busy, deadline-work environment.
Works well under pressure
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
Strong prioritization and scope management

Обов’язки

Responsibilities:

Work closely with Development Team and Business Owners in the area of Published & Net Fares Ticketing Automation.
Define and document ticketing agent’s functions and processes.
Analyze the feasibility of, and create requirements for new features and enhancements to existing auto-ticketing applications.
Prepare scope documentation and technical workflow for the Auto-ticketing & auto-queuing applications.
Perform and assist in user acceptance testing and testing of new features and bug fixes.
Provide GDS and subject matter support to Development Team.
Perform and assist with troubleshooting & root cause analysis;
Analyze and provide solutions of the ticketing failures.
Generate daily, monthly, year over year statistical reports of the failures and performance of ticketing automation processes.
Create training materials & conduct training/demo to Product Owner, Business Owners and Stakeholders of new features and enhancements.
Collaborate with Product Team members and other colleagues globally.
