We are building a U.S.-based digital health platform focused on remote patient monitoring (RPM) and chronic care management. The system integrates with a broad range of FDA-approved medical devices and connects seamlessly with leading electronic health record (EHR) systems. Our mission is to empower healthcare providers to deliver continuous, data-driven care while improving outcomes for patients with chronic conditions.

We’re looking for a Middle PM / Scrum Master to drive delivery and strengthen Agile practices within our product team. In this role, you will own sprint ceremonies, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and help the team ship reliable, high-quality releases on time. Working closely with product, engineering, and design, you’ll balance process discipline with adaptability- keeping the team focused, unblocked, and continuously improving. Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams across all stages of the development process
• Build and sustain efficient project workflows and working practices
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering consistent updates and setting clear expectations
• Monitor project progress, deadlines, and critical milestones
• Proactively detect potential risks, surface blockers, and lead efforts to resolve them
• Make sound decisions when facing ambiguity and incomplete information
• Drive high-quality outcomes and keep work aligned with project objectives
• Actively contribute ideas for product improvements and propose stronger approaches where applicable
• Foster team cohesion and help maintain a positive, productive work environment
• Manage Scrum ceremonies

Requirements

• Intermediate level of English or above (written and verbal) — required
• Proven background in Project Management
• Strong ability to write, structure, and break down requirements
• Familiarity with UX principles and how they apply in practice
• Foundational technical awareness (APIs, deployment pipelines, system architecture)
• Good grasp of how web-based products are built and delivered
• Confident communicator with both client-facing and engineering audiences
• Capable of juggling priorities and managing several workstreams simultaneously
• Logical, structured approach to analysis and problem-solving
• Readiness to take full ownership of project results
• Comfortable navigating complex or demanding stakeholder situations
• Equally effective working solo or within a team

Nice to Have

• Product-oriented mindset with an eye on broader business outcomes
• Background in small-team or bespoke development settings
• Hands-on experience creating prototypes in Figma or comparable tools
• Any exposure to programming or software development
• Prior experience engaging with international clients
