Required skills:

• A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies including experience as a Product Manager.
• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional product management principles and practices.
• Previous experience with smart home technologies, using them at your home, having an interest in is a MUST
• Background working with Z-Wave and Zigbee at work or heavily in-home use
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
• Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken);

Responsibilities:

• Gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements from stakeholders
• Document requirements in specified company format
• Create mockups, and work with the design team to assist in creating user interfaces
• Assist in user acceptance testing and documentation
• Participation in planning processes
