Requirements:

8+ years of experience in design with a presentable portfolio.
4+ years of relevant experience in a design leadership role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Willingness to manage the project through different phases of design.
Experience in leading and mentoring the team.
Comfort with multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
Communicator with the ability to articulate and defend decision-making processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in organizing and leading effective design process .
Strong presentation skills.
Past product experience.
Design portfolio with examples of produced work.

Responsibilities:

Build, manage, mentor and inspire a high performance Design team.
​​Be able to understand complex concepts and turn them into something useful and valuable.
Participate in high-level strategic decisions with executive team to understand how product design will fit with our users.
Every day raise the bar of quality on every product.
Work with Product Managers, developers, and executives to follow the user experience of a product from the beginning until launch.
