Необходимые навыки

● Proven experience writing/ editing end-user or dev documentation.

● Proficiency in English — both spoken and writing.

● Experience writing for an international audience.

● Knowledge of technical writing tools as Confluence.

● Proven ability to lead documentation projects.

● Proven ability to work well with people and be part of a team.

● Proven ability to multitask with multiple features, technologies, and products.

● Technical expertise — experience with IoT devices is a major plus.

● Proven ability to work with emerging technologies.

● Continuously look for new ways to improve documentation; attention to details and open to write for different channels (User guide, blog articles, scripts for videos etc.).

● Open to work on new tasks that help users to understand product features (for example record short videos to capture the functionality of the product).

●Very good organizing skills, able to correctly evaluate tasks and meet deadlines.

●Ability to work independently, quickly, thoroughly and accurately, following required standards, style, formatting, archival and procedural rules.

You will support our product development, delivering high-quality documentation. You’re playing a key role in translating the technical information into easily understandable language.

Smart hubs are foundation of making home smart, as they enable other devices in home to communicate with each other. Unlike other companies that constrain users’ ability to use products outside their ecosystem, we believe they should be able to use any device from any brand — and we’re integrating more products every day.
After a simple installation, users can monitor and control all of their compatible home energy, appliance, security and entertainment devices with ease by using iOS and Android mobile devices or the web, all as part of the Ezlo system.
We believe users should be able to choose their preferred brand and model of thermostat, door lock, sensor, and other smart devices.
