We’re looking for a Data Science Lead with a strong background in Data Science, Leadership and Operations to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead data science initiatives, including designing, experimenting, and implementing AI-driven solutions (e.g., recommendation systems, chatbots, analytics).
• Shape the data science strategy, identifying high-impact projects aligned with business goals and driving value from data insights.
• Oversee the entire model and solution lifecycle, from data preparation to deployment, monitoring, and retraining, leveraging best practices.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify new opportunities and translate complex data science insights into business strategies.
• Promote data quality, governance, and ethical AI practices to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Core Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of data science experience, focusing on applied machine learning and analytics.
• Strong expertise in Python and data science libraries (Pandas, Scikit-Learn, NumPy), and familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services relevant to data science, including SageMaker, Lambda, and model deployment best practices.
• Proven experience leading data science projects, including hypothesis testing, team management, and stakeholder communication.
• Skilled in SQL, NoSQL databases, and vector databases for large-scale data manipulation.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate technical results into business insights and strategy.
• English — Upper intermediate+

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Familiarity with search and chatbots.
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Hugging Face)
• Knowledge of end-to-end data science project management and agile methodologies for continuous improvement.
