We are looking for an experienced People success manager / IT HR Recruiter to join our team in Kyiv. ExpoPlatform is a UK-based company founded in 2013 currently providing service in more than 30 countries. ExpoPlatform`s technology is a complete Networking and Matchmaking and a turnkey Event Management System for online, hybrid, and in-person events. The platform provides a suite of solutions for event organizers (including registration, attendee management, event website builder, conference/session/speaker management, floor plan, and venue management) as well as a user-friendly social media type of networking for attendees (delegates, exhibitors/sponsors/speakers) along with video calls in online rooms and mobile apps.

The Role:

  • Search, recruit, select and conduct interviews with candidates, as necessary, for various positions, using the methods of interviewing personnel and test tasks;
  • Design and update job descriptions;
  • Maintain applicant tracking system by keeping applicant and job data current and up to date according to established procedures;
  • Responsible for maintaining job posting on recruiting websites;
  • Maintaining internal human resources records;
  • Build candidate network;
  • Development and implementation of the Adaptation procedure in the company.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement while fostering an innovative work environment;
  • Cultivate an active network of relationships inside and outside the company.

Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as an HR professional
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
  • Higher education;
  • Well-developed communication skills, the ability to build open and friendly relationships with colleagues.

It will be a plus:

  • Understanding of recruitment processes in the IT-sphere;
  • Knowledge of the technical features of programming languages;
  • Work experience in a product company.
