Expandi is seeking a skilled and dynamic Head of Partnerships to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting and managing affiliates, building relationships with influencers, and establishing new content partnerships with companies targeting a similar audience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills will be crucial to your success in driving growth and fostering long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic plan to attract and manage affiliates, ensuring they are aligned with Expandi’s values and objectives.
  2. Identify, connect with, and build strong relationships with influencers who have the potential to elevate Expandi’s brand presence and reach.
  3. Seek out new content partnerships with companies that share a similar audience, fostering collaborations that drive mutual growth and success.
  4. Manage and maintain existing relationships with affiliates, influencers, and content partners, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives.
  6. Employ excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with partners, fostering an environment of collaboration and transparency.
  7. Regularly analyze partnership performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership development, focusing on affiliates, influencers, and content partnerships.
  2. Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships that drive growth.
  3. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
  4. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Experience with performance measurement and analytics.


Candidates will be assessed based on their experience, proven track record in partnerships, and alignment with the skills and qualifications listed above.
