Product marketing manager / Growth Lead (вакансія неактивна)

You will be focused on all aspects of product marketing, including customer development, positioning and messaging, pricing, and product conversions. You will have to make sure that the right audience is aware of the product, that customers understand how the product works, and have enough reasons to pay for Expandi and continuously return to the product.

Job Requirements

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing scalable product-led growth strategies for customer conversion, activation, and retention.
  • Identify and implement compelling product experiments from ideation to launch
  • Continuously optimize the customer journeys from acquisition to in-product activation, engagement, and retention
  • Work closely with the product team and data scientist to identify user cohorts behaviors for cross-selling and upselling within Expandi
  • Use behavioral data and customer insights to understand where we have the best opportunities to improve conversion rates in our product and website
  • Handling the whole marketing funnel: from website visitors to paying customers
  • Generate and effectively test hypotheses on messaging/personas/value prop.
  • Set up and run A/B tests for each stage of the marketing funnel
  • Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action, and lead-generating forms
  • Build a framework for continual experimentation, learning, and iteration to discover & deliver sustainable growth.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics on tracking and analyzing current metrics to develop new hypothesis grounded in improving conversions
  • Build and maintain a detailed understanding of our competitors, and regularly conduct market intelligence
  • Become an expert on target personas and segments — who they are, how they buy, their buying criteria and the value they derive from Expandi
  • Leverage product usage analytics to drive personalized experiences for our customers.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices for testing and personalization

Skills and expertise:

  • Perfect analytics mindset, fluent with analytics tools
  • Curious, technologically savvy mindset, and not afraid of getting hands-on in the details
  • Experience with building and optimizing conversion funnels
  • Experience with customer development, conducting customer interviews
  • An experience with product funnels and their optimization
  • Ability to turn data and ideas into action
  • Troubleshooter with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Track record in testing hypotheses and growing product conversion rates, LTV
  • Experience in A/B testing, understanding of A/B testing statistics, strong understanding of CRO and UX best practices
  • Experience working with A/B testing tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, etc.
  • Experience working with relational databases and using basic SQL for analytics
  • Experience creating dashboards using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Google Data Studio.
