Project:

This is a long-term project at Oil&Gas industry that deals with system of monitoring oil pipes and rigs. System consists of 4 applications that work with different parts of whole project.

Duties:

— Carry out routine daily tasks and procedures of assigned project
— Jira/Trello/Microsoft Teams (set up and manage)
— Organize and track fixed price projects: scope progress, communication, time management, out of scope tasks
— Work on SOWs, estimates and requested reports by customer
— Gather all docs related to the project, keep in one place
— Ensure proper communication with customer (conduct meetings/standups, writing call minutes/summaries, general communication rules)
— Ensure proper time logging to customer’s and internal tracking software
— Check if regular commits are done

Team:

— Supervise developers, support in their needs
— Be aware of current things on projects and report to management
— Ensure proper communication in team (internal meetings/standups)
— Problem solving, deal with customer’s claims
— Regular one-to-one meetings with each team member
— Track daily progress of those who work from home

Requirements:

— 2+ years of experience in IT industry
— Technical background or relevant occupation
— Understanding of software development processes, programming languages&tools
— Experience in using Project Management tools, Bug tracking systems, relevant methodologies
— At least Upper-intermediate level of English
— Excellent presentation, organization, time management, and cross-department communication skills
— Strong negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution skills

Conditions of employment:

- Probation period — 3 (three) month (after successful ending of probation period will ask you about the contract for 1 year);
