We are looking for a Junior Lawyer to support our legal and compliance team in day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity to start and grow your career in fintech and crypto, working closely with experienced professionals and gaining hands-on experience.
This is a part-time role (up to 20 hours per week), focused on supporting key legal and compliance processes.
What you will do
- Conduct legal research and support regulatory analysis related to fintech and financial services
- Assist with drafting and reviewing commercial agreements (NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts) using templates
- Support compliance tasks, including AML/KYC and data protection (GDPR) topics
- Help maintain and organise legal documents and contracts (contract management system, document storage)
- Assist with internal policies, compliance documentation, and basic risk assessments
- Provide day-to-day legal support to internal teams (product, operations, business), translating legal topics into clear guidance
- Support corporate documentation when needed
What we expect
- Law degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- 0–2 years of legal experience (law firm or in-house is a plus)
- Experience assisting with contract drafting/review or working with contract templates
- Basic understanding of financial regulation, AML/KYC, or GDPR or strong interest in learning these areas
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Fluent English
- Interest in fintech, digital payments, or crypto
