Finance Manager (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in improving existing financial processes and building new ones from scratch in the tech industry, analyzing financial data and giving valuable insights for decision-making, and financial and managerial reporting.
Note: During the probation period (up to 3 months), the position requires onsite work in Krakow, with all related expenses covered by the company.

Your tasks 🧑‍💻

• Prepare and reconcile complex management accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Draft statutory financial statements in compliance with IFRS or relevant local standards.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions: onboarding, maintaining partnerships, and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with payment providers to optimize commission terms and expand transaction solutions.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury operations, currency swaps, and liquidity management.
• Monitor and mitigate currency risks, including advising on hedging strategies.
• Assess financial and business risks in company contracts.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with spreadsheets, ERP systems, and preparation of statutory accounts under IFRS or other recognized accounting standards, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of financial institution compliance requirements, with the ability to apply them effectively in practice.
• General knowledge of contract law and its practical applications in financial transactions.
• Proven experience in managing financial instruments, including currency risk and cash flow optimization.
• Deep knowledge of treasury management processes and payment provider operations.
• A network of contacts within financial institutions that accept high-risk industries is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency and emerging financial technologies is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian is preferred.
