Customer Retention Manager (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a Retention manager who will be responsible for the company’s customer policy — retention and return of our clients. We want to see in our team a specialist who knows exactly how not to get into spam, knows different channels of communication with customers, works with large databases and correctly analyzes performance indicators, proposes initiatives and new approaches to retaining our customers.

Our ideal candidate is always attentive to details, independent in his work and controls the field of own responsibility. Maintains a proactive attitude in work, always works for a quality result, and cares about the client.

Your tasks:

  • Planning and implementing communications through email campaigns, pushes, and other on-site tools.
  • Creating triggered communication at each stage of the customer lifecycle (onboarding, development, retention, and return).
  • Increasing LTV of users through marketing campaigns.
  • Launch and development of new retention channels customers and reduction of Churn Rate.
  • Work with sender reputation (postmasters, dedicated IP, authentication).
  • Reporting on the results of marketing campaigns and mailings.
  • Setting tasks for employees of other departments (copywriters, designers, product managers, etc.).
  • Work with content in various direct channels.
  • Implementation of new ideas to increase the level of audience engagement and increase user activity.

Requirements:

  • Practical experience in email or retention marketing from 2 years.
  • Experience with various ESP, BI systems and email design platforms (e.g. Stripo).
  • Experience working with customer bases of different segments.
  • Ability to work with customer segments at different stages of their needs.
  • Data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Skills in creating technical specifications for development or integration.
  • Ability to effectively organize your work and effectively manage tasks, experience in working with task managers.
  • Independence and desire to implement retention campaigns.
  • Great attention to detail and desire to work with text.
  • Intermediate level of English (written technical documentation).
