Experience:

• At least two years’ experience as an IT Project manager /Scrum Master
• Strong Agile / Scrum and Kanban experience
• Skills in writing technical documentation
• Skills in tracking project progress
• Outstanding facilitation, time management and communication skills
• Strong experience with task tracking software (Jira, Youtrack)
• You understand what SDLC is
• You have a basic understanding of the UI/UX and web development principles
• You are result-driven, ensuring quality and on time delivery
• Intermediate plus English level (spoken and written)

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience in fintech
• Experience building cross-functional teams from scratch
• An interest in cryptocurrency
• STEM education
• Experience leading long-term, complex projects (from half a year or more)
• Experience with prototyping and preparing project documentation
• The ability to describe and improve business processes

What will you do:

• Implement and improve Scrum principles in the development teams
• Lead projects as a Scrum master (set up goals, update on statuses, attend and facilitate meetings, participate in sprint planning, manage teamwork, ensure the teams’ actions are aligned with the Scrum principles)
• Initiate changes to improve processes and teams in line with the Scrum principles
• Ensure the product documentation is agreed across the teams
• Produce technical documentation, break large tasks into smaller ones and prioritise them
• Estimate project timeline and ensure delivery on time
• Plan and effectively manage team’s workload
• Produce project plans
• Produce reports to monitor development team performance
• Communicate with the project team
• Identify risks and put in place mitigation strategies
