Hard skills:

• 5+ years of development experience
• Strong working experience with GO language (at least 2 years)
• Good working knowledge of databases (MySQL, ClickHouse)
• Working experience with API design, familiarity with TCP/IP
• Experience with designing and deploying:
  — safe and reliable systems
  — highload systems
  — microservices architecture
• Working experience with building and deploying software using CI/CD methodologies (Gitlab)
• Upper-Intermediate English

Would be a plus:

• Experience in fintech
• Working experience with message brokers like Kafka / Nats / RabbitMQ
• Exposure to working with EventSourcing architecture
• Working experience with WebSocket protocol

Soft skills:

• 3+ years experience leading a team of developers (backend, fronted, mobile (iOS, Android) and QA)
• Experience with forming a team from scratch
• Experience with hiring, conducting tech interviews of potential candidates
• Lead, mentor, develop and retain team members
• Must be able to transform business requirements into executable technical solutions
• Must be able to plan and breakdown development goals into reality
• Ability to work in active mode in a fast-expanding team
• Team player
