Senior graphic designer/Head of design (вакансія неактивна)

We’re looking for a person with:

• 4+ years of experience as a graphic designer or illustrator;
• Deep technical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, Figma;
• Ability to deliver illustrations and creative works from scratch;
• Experience in branding, creative adaptation, visualizing brand messages;
• Self-starter with ability to deliver creative ideas without close guidance and detailed brief;
• Experience working with different channels and media: outdoor, digital, print materials;
• Experience in creating presentations;
• Good understanding of web design;
• High level of creativity and personal flexibility;
• Language proficiency: English — (Intermediate), Russian and Ukrainian — (Fluent).

Would be an advantage:

• Interest in finance, cryptocurrency, trading;
• UX/UI background;
• Experience with animated visuals;
• Experience in coordinating an external agency;
• Knowledge of video editing;

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Oversee visual style, advertising materials and external visual brand communication;
• Contribute into brandbook development, ensure visual consistency across all materials;
• Craft key visuals for digital promo campaigns, social networks, OOH, corporate blog;
• Monitor the transformation of competitors’ visual style, keep up with the latest design trends and crypto industry tendencies;
• Be a part of other cross-team projects — mobile application development, merchandize store, user flows etc.;
